It can be very difficult for those who care deeply to live in a world where animals are seen as “things” & Nature is treated like a resource emporium and giant garbage can.
Your pain for animals and the Earth is a reflection of your deep belonging and connection with the more than human world, and a call to healing on both a personal and global level. More than ever the world needs you to step into your authentic power and make a difference for our planet and the sentient beings we share it with.
This unique Nature-based program will help you develop the awareness and skills to embrace the gifts and challenges of your sensitivity, so you can courageously keep your heart open even in the face of suffering, experience the fullness and wisdom of your emotional realm without getting overwhelmed, and enrich your life by finding your unique way to make a difference that is empowering, revitalizing and sustainable.
Nature Therapy Program:
4 weekly individual or small group sessions (~2.5-3 hrs/session)
Co-facilitated by the Horses, Donkeys, Cows & Lambs of Free Spirit Sanctuary
